Eco- Warriors & Foodies

The vision of the Eco Warriors and Foodies:

  • To ensure that the pupil voice is heard.
  • To promote healthy eating across the school.
  • To encourage children to become active and responsible citizens.
  • To think about the wider community.

How it works:

Our group of Eco Warriors and Foodies consists of one representative from each class. Each representative is nominated by their class teacher. Their job is to listen to ideas and suggestions from their class and then to ensure that these ideas are heard at the monthly meeting. They also feedback important information from the meeting to their class.

In the current climate, Mrs Manani meets with each child individually and is communicating with the children via their monthly challenges. Keep an eye out on the 'Latest News' section of the website for these updates! In a normal situation, we would aim to meet once a month to discuss various topics like outdoor learning, recycling, healthy eating and much more.
