Science Day Assembly
Monday 11th March was our third Science Day. As this year is the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing, all the activities were based on the moon and space. Year 3 launched rockets and had to tackle an egg drop challenge. Year 4 had to create an animal that could survive on the moon and explored materials to see what would be best for a landing pod. Year 5 also created a moon animal, made hovercrafts out of CDs and explored rockets. Year 6 designed and made moon buggies and looked at astronauts' food.
